Cancellation Policy
Please notify MySuiteStay.com immediately of any changes or cancellations. Email sgs.carlos@gmail.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
Reservations canceled 15 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, no extra charges.
Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date may incur charges. We will try to book other guests for the rooms and dates we held for you, however, if we are unsuccessful in re-booking the rooms, you will be subject to pay 50% of the deposit. The other 50% will be refunded in full.
Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to pay 100% of the deposit. No monies will be refunded.
